We work closely with our team to create a plan on how to make your vision become a reality, develop a design that meets your vision, keep an eye on your budget to ensure the lowest costs, and maintain time management of the project for timely delivery of your custom home or addition.
- Construction – Now that your project is thoroughly planned, it’s time to make it a reality! During this phase our team of trusted subcontractors is sent to your project site to start the construction. We keep our team accountable throughout the entire production, execute quality control, and stay focused on the goal. While this takes place, we will stay in contact with you to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information about your project.
- Post-Construction – Now that the physical construction of your custom home or addition is complete, there are still a few things we take care of before the final walkthrough. This final phase will involve worksite cleanup, final inspections, systems training, and move-in coordination. After this is complete, we will have a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction with our quality work.
